Today's CAPEX announcement of a "significantly increased" figure is no surprise at all. However, the fact that the company call this announcement an "estimate" update is beyong belief. We all knew it would be higher, but again making reference to PB's Small Caps chat with Kerry on 22 March this year (just shy of 7 months ago) he states he expected an updated CAPEX figure "very early next quarter". So for PB at that point in time to think that he was about 1 month away from an updated CAPEX figure, to then be told in October 2022 that the figure would be released in mid 2023 - OMFG how incompetent if this you know what?!
