It is the ASX own fault.
The ASX should read the announcement before issuing to the market.
If ASX are not sure about something ....wording, information or format etc. then the ASX should put the company in a pause before releasing results or market opens.
Perhaps they should pause trading for an hour or two on all results likely to dramatically change prices.
So really ASX should get their act together and/or make new rules.
