I think one major potential investor which may join the financing is the New Caledonian miners themselves. It was hinted to previously that they have a keen interest in a financial position in the TECH project as well as in future processing plant plans.
How they join I guess depends but it appeared they wanted an equity stake. If they were serious, it wouldnt be out of the question to think a large amount would be available and I think that could take up a large portion of a CR. The dilution will depend on the SP average of the recent times leading up to a deal and I'm expecting a run of news prior to end of the year. Those close to the project and the company will undoubtedly be well up to speed on whats happening so I think they will get in early for deals once DFS is released. Dilution is ineveitable.
