The sp has been manipulated for a while now trading on capex fears on various forums. The 15-17c games being played are fairly obvious. How the GM announcement saw the sp fall is beyond me. The only thing that could help a re-rate is a positive DFS followed up by funding and then the manipulaters will have no leverage. Until then we wait!
