Nice work! I'M sure you know but the K SURE was in USD. But then you took a conservative 60/40 debt/finance split so all good! Few points.
1) Mineral pricing - excessively hard to predict. Spot pricea aren't the best particularly with offtakes so hard to envisage the exact price. As I have mentioned in other sectors, opacity is difficult in these markets with limited spot supply ane pricr finding mechanisms. Just a musing not a criticism
2) Just for ease of use jumping between the currencies gave me a slight headache
3) So your IRR comes out around 45%?
