Ok just saw an article in the Financial review.
LIN are raising $8m at 21c and will accept oversubscriptions of $4m. Potentially upto $12m.
option attached on a one-for-two basis and exercisable at 30¢ within three years.
Funds raised would be used to settle the company’s Rift Valley Resources acquisition and phase 1 and phase 2 drilling at its Kangankune Rare Earths project.
