Request for trading haltTivan Limited (ASX:TVN) (Tivan) hereby requests a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect. In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 17.1, Tivan advises that:• the trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding the development strategy for the Mount Peake Vanadium-Titanium-Iron Project in the Northern Territory.• TNG requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 15 February 2023, or until the earlier release of an announcement in respect of the above matter;• Tivan expects that the trading halt will be ended by an announcement to ASX in respect of the above matter; and• Tivan is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
