The current CEO and the new (and very recent) Board members are not the cause of the current problems faced by the company - they inherited them from the former CEO, management and Board. I'd be inclined to, at present, give the new Executive and Board the benefit of the doubt in their efforts at fixing the mess and not creating any new problems through incompetence. So no, I am not suggesting a double flush.
