It depends what you mean by good news. The outcome of the vote is easy to guess: as it was logical, the scheme was not approved (hurray!). The rest is difficult to guess: they are either negotiating a higher bid or BGH et al. are going to wait.. they are very patient these guys. Probably the most tough acquirer these days (but we were tougher with this vote).
