NZ RegCo advises that the trading halt on Pushpay Holdings Limited (“PPH”) ordinary shares has been extended, at the request of the issuer.The trading halt is being extended pending the release of a potential further material announcement by PPH regarding the scheme of arrangement, or the start of trading on Monday 6 March 2023.
For clarity, while PPH is expected to release an announcement this morning regarding the proxy votes for its pending meeting on 3 March 2023, this announcement will not end the trading halt and PPH will remain in halt, pending a potential further announcement as noted above.
