I think you need to check your definition of sustainable growth phase. as store numbers are still in decline. management can talk up the future, but until we see actual store numbers increase it's not in growth phase yet.
IMO RFG does not have the balance sheet to take on a Wendy's type deal. unfortunately due to past management, there reputation is not the best and I just can't see why a large global firm like Wendy's would partner with RFG for these two reason alone.
I think you need to check your definition of sustainable growth...
