    The gist of it was that they wanted a jumbo raise of $40m but shareholders pushed back against that sort of dilution. Soul Patts initially offered to fund the entire $40m as a three year loan. It wasn't really positive or negative just a bit of colour around how the raise came to be structured as it was.
