Comments about a CR are pure speculation. The BOD have $1M+ in the bank. More likely individuals who didn't have their contracts renewed are selling down. If I was in their position I would do the same. RH has departed the company according to his LinkedIn post. RB may not had his contract renewed.
I think these possibilities have led to a dumping of shares this morning rather than a SH(s) assuming a CR is on the cards.
Pure speculation on my behalf. Time will tell.
