Although, to give the company a small bit of credit, this one wasn't really A) unplanned, or B) rushed though in my opinion.

It's been pretty well flagged that the lender had only given a waiver of covenants until 31st March, so the closer we got to that date without a refinancing arrangement the more likely/necessary that a trading halt was. Imagine the share price fluctuations if it was still trading today with no announcements!

I agree that I hope shouldn't be too long though. ;-
