Yeh, I thankfully or not so thankfully dont have a mortgage. What I mean is I have been saying for a housing deposit in Sydney for the last couple of years. Since it was taking so long I decided to take about half my savings and put it into stocks, KLL is way to big as a allocation of my portfolio and I bought way to many speccy stocks. I started investing at 19 and am now 23 so its been a huge learning experience for me albeit a costly one. Now im going to really focus on ETF's and only allocate 20% to speccy projects. Although if I had done what I did with KLL with a lithium miner I would be buying a apartment outright.

The SoP plays werent too bad before the bear market happened. Very tough gig now though.
