I am holding out hope where there is smoke there is fire.
The AFR article maybe half baked? Maybe a ploy by ALB to force LTR to announce this morning. Games afoot?
The exact wording I'm the LTR anouncement says"Liontown advises that it has not received any takeover proposals, including any non-binding indicative proposal, since the rejection of the Albemarle proposal on 28 March 2023."
I am holding out hope there are disussions occurring but nothing the LTR BOD would seriously consider and therefore not worthy of a proposal in writing.
Someone correct me if legally they are obliged to disclose discussions to the market.
The market action will tell us what's going on.
