Thanks mate. So basically any negotiation with an Non-Disclosure Agreement or deemed incomplete by the company does not warrant disclosure.
The disclosure of the third offer by ALB was probably a deliberate shot across the bow of shorters. Price was clearly being suppressed.
Some of the information in the original AFR article holding up, so their source is probably pretty good. Price being held at $2.75. Is this just to stop ALB buying any further shares? WES or WES/SQM circling. Is RIO waiting in the shadows?
Who wants to be number 1 bad enough? Will anyone be prepared to pay what it would take. Win win for shareholders either way it goes.
