After that Fin Review article, a Pause in Trading or Trading Halt was inevitable.
I'd say the article caught them off guard, they have to either come out & confirm the offer or deny it.
If, as I suspect the offer is genuine, they'll need to convene a quick Board meeting - maybe phone ring around, and either come out and say the BOD is considering the offer or has rejected it.
At only 25c higher (as reported) I can't see them accepting it.
