My guess it will be a standard cap raise.
Open to retail and Insto, max $30k for retail. Like look at maybe $0.95 raise at a ~17% discount to VWAP.
For those who haven't done this before - usually you will get a letter in the mail or electronically where you can elect to to participate, and then you wire the funds into a designated bank account. Once this allocation closes, your shares will show up in your account.
Simple process but just read the documents they send.
