I think announcement regarding this offer and TH should have happened much earlier. The offer was made last Tuesday. No wonder SBM has been rising better than the peers. Insiders were buying. Disgusting that they are still arguing GMD's offer is superior. I have no more words about this board anymore. I am looking forward to a class action, and ideally, putting some individuals into jail.
