1stly: Interesting timing how this comes out now. Obviously to support current CR but also the share price by providing a possible early exit window for Cannacord as some SH have alluded to. That way everyone except SH get what they want (IMO).
2nd: As echoed by many others, why can't VMS just work existing projects to commercial stage and either develop / seek JV / sell. All this is at SH expense. Announcement history suggests this company is a serial land banker for self interest. GLTA . p.s. can't believe genuine SH let VMS get away with this.
