what I meant was, pause in trading notices are like “shit, that’s something we need to announce to the market immediately… Pause the market so we can get the announcement together”
if it’s a CR, it’s planned, which is why you have announcements prepared to go (generally AM notices, or even PM)… not 15 mins before close.
