That then affords them time to write another Ann, "Trading Halt due pending PS Ann"
They would have already been talking collectively as BOD about T/O offers or finance.
PEA and or Port wouldn't be enough for the trades that went thru 10mins prior. It's bigger.
So the "pause" is to cross the I's dot the Ts. IMO. If CE doesn't hurry up, then the ASX will ask for a TH.
