That is certainly a possibility but stellantis needs the project to be done. So perhaps, pure speculation, E25 is having trouble with the US Gov or have been declined and both stellanitis & GM want the project to proceed and putting pressure on E25 to get moving.
Both have committed $$$ already and may be open to putting in more. OMH may be interested as well. Who knows!
