I'd say this is very high probability given that the due date for the Stellantis equity investment was 30 June, we've gotten over the US$100m funding threshold required for this (GM + Acuity), & the fact that there would absolutely be no takers in a cap raise to fund HPMSM in the amount of capital that we need if Stellantis was going to drop out of their agreement with us.
A capital raising was always going to be required at one point to meet the US$290m capital investment required for the project. Expecting good news on Tuesday.
