If this is correct, 80% over the last traded price is $0.45. so instead of getting 15mil shares @$1 per share, Stellantis can get 33.33mil shares for the same amount of investment ($15mil).
The SP must be artificially suppressed to suit Stellantis' interest.
But hopefully this is a turn around from here.
