    Unfortunately, it is likely a "please explain" from the ASX, to determine if the company has complied their "constant disclosure" obligations.

    I do not believe any of the questions asked in the article are unfounded, and it is likely a question of whether the risk had been communicated to investors.

    Some will say yes, others will say no.
