They are a Canadian rare earth, tipped to be on the receiving end of major Canadian government backing to push the countries progress in rare earth space, specifically to quell Chinese dominance.

Total speculation, but taking a piece of the pie of a strategic globally significant asset such as Goulamina could be on the table.

The more likely scenario is that we are about to get hit with a curve ball (the kind that knocks the wind out off you), so not holding my breath. Generally is the pattern with this stock, but would love to have a positive surprise for a change.
