Hi @ImadKhan,The SLM CR quotes "Management and Directors" and an Lithium Industry corporate.That is "investors with knowledge and capital".So yes, premiums like this are paid when stock cannot be found on the open market.Just like we have seen in the last few days of GMN trading.Sellers are had to find.BTW : insiders are not smart or lucky, just inside. That's all.
