the first time I will side with the management here on the price sensitivity of this announcement...
looks like they sent this as BAU but ASX deemed it to be Price Sensitive...
not much the management can do but they did register their protest in the most diplomatic way possible by mentioning it in the announcement, well, let's see what this patent mischief plays out to in the end
