A capital raise wouldn't be a bad idea for growth if you have confidence they are capable of using the money effectively which I'm starting to question if they can anymore I mean that just shows how much confidence they have that they are going to term the latest contract into actual revenue/ profits within any kind of reasonable time frame if ever if they have to capital raise.
