Hi @Brett, there's nothing unusual about point (d) in the TH announcement. The exact same wording appeared in the TH cap raise announcement way back in Nov'18 when 3DP raised $1.15M @ $0.042, so I'd be inclined to suggest it's likely just a regular (run-of-the-mill) CR placement to soph's.

Considering the broader economic outlook is still pretty gloomy for CY2024, it won't be any surprise if the offer price is at a substantial discount (i.e. much lower than anticipated). Then again, maybe the 3DP team will unexpectedly surprise to the upside with a spectacularly good offer price...but I have my doubts.
