Doubt if it is from Canada but IMO. Waroona Energy Inc's MC is only C$32mill with a SP @ C$0.045 minimal trade recently on its 739 million shares on issue. Could be FHE buying out Waroona as the larger & cashed up entity, could be FMG, could be .... Timing is very interesting.
Patient enough to wait and see
