i will be learning from this speculation- investigate the CEO and BOD.
I have a 5 year maturity on this share (if they are still around ) - hopefully a new CEO / BOD can turn this around, get some tech that has clients chasing you and not having this army of sales people waiting for ... whatever they say.
NET should be agile enough to find different markets and not just look at the regions where they need satellite internet.
first world countries (organisations) requiring secure info transfer - should be explored, if their tech is what they say it is.
get some runs on the board people.
