If it's a merger you'll all get half the gains that might have been, but that's half more than what was on the cards given neither project could proceed with the other ready to crash the price on the other guy if they both got up. It'll hurt AVL holders far more as their half goes around what, 3 billions shares? While yours goes around a few hundred mill.
