    I'd say RCF have their foot in both camps, TMT has the smaller market cap, so makes sense to have AVL "acquire" TMT. The cap raise for the purchase I bet will be RCF throwing in a big chunk of cash..

    That's my reading of it..

    Now we can all fight together in the same yard instead of having a fence in between..

    Personally, not happy about this... I felt TMT were close to permitting and getting the real show on the road, but who knows now... Whole new lot of permitting needed? All processing now to be done onsite, toss out the offsite facility plan? do we ALL now sit through another 4 years of waiting for a 'combined' BFS?

    Not sure i'm happy about this at all, as someone who has already waited a long time to reach a pointy end, I know RCF and the major holders can wait another several years and turn 100 million into a billion... Not sure I want to start the waiting game all over again to be honest.
