I guess you would just divide TMT's SP by 12, and if that price is less that AVL's SP, then you are technically making an instant profit by buying TMT shares..
Given it's several Months away from when the actual merger/conversion will take place though, you can't really know for sure until the day off whether it's worthwhile or not to buy TMT at any price. What has effectively happened is TMT and AVL are now practically locked into each others share price and we won't likely see either move far up or down without the other matching it..
We can all just hope for the V price to see some strength and new investor money to find it's way to this resource, giving us all a boost.
