According to the Fin, the acquisition will be funded by $15M of equity at 80c per share and $15M of debt. So that would mean an additional 18.75M shares issued. That would be a dilution of around 6.6%, less than the increase in EBITDA if Toby is right. But as I said in my last post the big upside will be in expanding the business Australia wide.
