Might be some resolution of the audit matter around the Qualified Opinion associated with the valuation of the Convertible Notes issued by iM3NY. On P63 of Ann Rpt there is mention of "the component auditor expects to provide its complete opinion when the advice it has sought on those consequences (US Income Tax Law) is received".
