makes one wonder alright given the cash position and the high (loan shark) interest rates being paid! how its in survival mode i have no idea - just buying time?, susoending payments to IT company to bring it in as a creditor for voting purposes?, shifting "deckchairs", could be ulterior motive?, so why regulators not stepping in or alternatively wheres the class action or do they wait till its gone ?
