I think if that is their plan they may be on the road to a hiding. Gladiator appears to be managed in the same way, with all the skill and acumen it takes for a graphic artist to prepare a brightly coloured cashflow and activities report to show that the company has $4 mil in the bank, just raised from shareholders. I think MNSs problems are far far greater than would be covered by that lol.
