DSK is trading around $1.00 a share and Morningstar values them $1.97.
I have a similar situation with Southern Cross Media SXL they were trading around 72 cents a couple of months ago, a takeover over came in at 94 cents and currently trading around $1.
Morningstar values them at $1.80 a share.
I suppose with DSK if there is a takeover, hang in for a decent offer.
