Saldy there is repeated form for this. Poorly timed capital raises.
Why it wasn't done in February or March, only 10 months ago.
Cathy Moises was put on the Board for capital raise expertise.
Unfortunately I think it reflects that Management put existing shareholder interests low in the pecking order.
