@Matt777 , this is not a CR. I’m not saying they won’t be raising funds. They will and imo only when the acquisition is finalised and imo at a much higher SP. look at the option conversion price of 25c with timeframe of 1 year. Most companies won’t even consider a premium of 300% on the option strike let alone 10x.
I will apologise to you if the halt is for a CR but in this case I’m almost certain that it is not.
