This information regarding Ceer and BMW was already published by the Saudi's a year ago before the MoU between EUR and Obeikan was finalized.
I can only advise every serious investor to obtain reliable information themselves instead of waiting for the butler with the silver platter.
This is the only way to understand the correlations much earlier and to better interpret subsequent actions.
But everyone can think as they like
