If the above finding by the international tribunal is supported by verifiable evidence, 'Mr Market' will punish the company's SP.
The alleged noncompliance may threaten the entire Board, CEO, plus involved senior staff.
But as always "innocent until proven guilty" - perhaps there is more to come out.
