    I’ve been thinking the same, or a funding deal which has a placement as part of the deal!?! Why would they do another cap raise now when they fell short just recently, I would doubt it’s a SPP as there is no interest unless it’s at a ridiculously low price. AIMHO

    either way the sell off doesn’t look good, reminds me of what happened to WML just recently. Hope it’s not that bad
