So here's my opinion after spending the last week researching this.

No investment is perfect and always has it's pros and cons, but here's what attracted me to this one and what concerns I see moving forward and would like management to address. I agree with the people who would like to see good communication from the board. Its entirely a fair statement to make that they work for us and at the same time we should also understand the "chessboard" so when we interact with management they don't shut themselves off because they are bombarded with investors who don't really understand what is going on.

This is another reason why I would like to foster good discussion on here. We're all invested and all want to make money. If we are collectively more aware by sharing our information, we won't scare the board away from communicating with us more. We need to not be emotional.

Pros:

- From this price, low MC and big upside value if this comes good
- Capex is realistic and could easily be achieved under the right economic conditions
- Has relationships with entities that can assist with the finance
- Has the potential to service the region and dramatically extend LOM (turning this into a potential billion dollar play if cards align)
- Project seems quite economical (to me at least) as opposed to a number of other copper plays
- Copper macro on a long (2+ years) timescale is looking real good currently. Supply and demand ect...
- Gold and Silver upside both as a partial defensive hedge for the company and blue sky potential under a return to inflationary conditions (anyone following US debt macro knows what I mean by this)

Cons:

- Macro for copper has been quite meh for a while and likely continues to be a bit meh for a little bit more. I heard china is filling gaps via recycling for now and demand has not yet exploded
- We're a junior, in a weak position. 10m MC, asking for close to 100m capex
- Not sure on this cap raise just yet but unless strategic partner it's pretty shit
- Liquidity has been pulled from junior markets and has not really returned in any reasonable strength. Likely won't for a bit either. People are big risk-off mode right now
- What's going on with anglo american?

Just a few of the points off the top of my head, but you will notice not all of the cons are within management's control. Hence why I thought I would offer this post as an alternative viewpoint from someone with fairly fresh eyes.

Excellent points thank you I agree totally with your summary. There is also exposure to potential lithium. Funding is key here.
