REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) (“Company”) requests a trading halt effective immediately. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement responding to false market information about the payment of dividends. The Company requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes the announcement referred to above and the commencement of trading on Friday 16 February 2024. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
