I might remind investors that there is no other clinically approved treatment for Rett.
As previous releases leading to the FDA approval, adverse reactions weren't unexpected and doesn't go into each child's medical history and what else might be impacting their health.

Personally, I'll stick with the FDA review process and their post-market safety monitoring updates before losing too much sleep.
if challenged to write up an opposing report, I'm sure the outlook would still lean to the clinical assessment by the FDA / trial data to date.
